Founded in 2018 by Mr. Smith, CCM was built on a clear and compelling vision: prioritize quality and client outcomes above margins while operating with integrity and accountability. Since inception, we have maintained a strong reputation for service excellence, reflecting our unwavering commitment to professionalism and results.

With 77 years of combined industry experience, our leadership and customer care specialists bring deep operational expertise and real-world insight to every engagement. Our call center team supports clients in over 100 languages and delivers multi-channel customer service solutions with consistent technical proficiency and exceptional care

Every CCM agent completes extensive in-house training before taking live calls and participates in ongoing monthly development to remain aligned with evolving best practices and regulatory standards. Our mentorship model pairs experienced representatives with new team members, ensuring rapid onboarding, skill advancement, and consistent performance.

We proudly promote from within whenever possible, with all managers and quality assurance specialists beginning their careers as frontline representatives.
